Borrower Cards for Distance Learners

Distance Learners are eligible to borrow books from Pellissippi State, Tennesee Board of Regents and University of Tennessee schools.

Pellissippi State I.D. Card

The Pellissippi I.D. Card is required for checking out of books and periodicals.  Pick one up at any Pellissippi State location.

Tennessee Academic Library Cards (TALC)

The Tennessee Academic Library Card (TALC) is required for checking out of materials at Tenessee Board of Regents and University of Tennessee (TBR/UT) schools. Pick one up at any Pellissippi State location. More about TALC

Get Your Cards by Mail?

These cards can be mailed to you if:

  • you live farther than 30 miles from any Pellissippi State location, AND
  • you are a currently enrolled student or a faculty member currently teaching a distance learning course
Submit a request with the form on the right.
