Databases 

General Business File International - (online) - indexes more than 900 periodicals on a variety of business and management topics from 1980 to the current year with full-text coverage of over 400 publications.

Oxford Reference Online - provides searchable access to 100 plus dictionary and reference titles published by Oxford Press including A Dictionary of Business, A Dictionary of Computing, and A Dictionary of the Internet.

Safari Tech Books Online - collection of online, full text, information technology manuals; includes ebooks on e-commerce, business, enterprise computing, in addition to general computer hardware and applications.

Wilson Business Full Text  -  provides articles from the The New York Times Business Section and The Wall Street Journal  as well as material   from magazines and scholarly journals. Contents inlcude articles, product reviews, interviews, biographical sketches, corporate profiles, conferences reports, trade shows and more.

*You may access online databases from off-campus computers by entering your general computer account username and password (used for PSTCC e-mail). NOTE: Enter your username in this format example: s_jmdoe. It is not necessary to add "@pstcc.edu" for this application.

Journals and Magazines 
The following journals are available at the Pellissippi library in the Reference area. Many journals now have websites, providing the table of contents and access to selected articles in the current printed journal. Many include additional information and resources in certain subjects.
Reference Books 

Dictionary of E-Business:  A definitive guide to technology and business terms.  Botto, Francis.  Chicester, England:  Wiley & Sons, 2000.  REF HF 5548.32 .B67 2002.  This dictionary defines terms relating to electronic commerce and the Internet.  Short articles are also included to explain larger topics.

Gale E-Commerce Sourcebook.  Baker, Deborah J.  Detroit:  Gale Group, 2003.  REF HF 5548.32 .G35 2003.  Includes 100 articles dealing with topics on electronic commerce, as well as a directory of industry services, companies, and associations.

Gale Encyclopedia of E-Commerce.  Malonis, Jane A.  Detroit:  Gale Group, 2002.  REF HF 5548.32 .G35 2002.  This resource provides short essays concerning topics in electronic commerce and Website development; profiles of companies and individuals, as well as case studies are also included.

The Advertising Age Encyclopedia of Advertising.  Egolf, Karen.  New York:  Fitzroy Dearborn, 2003.  REF HF 5803 .A38 2003.  A survey of advertising industry agencies, individuals, and issues worldwide.

Business.com (http://www.business.com) - Comprehensive online business directory and Web search engine indexing all aspects of business including marketing, e-commerce, the internet, and computer applications.

Marketing Virtual Library (http://www.knowthis.com) - Online marketing resource including information on e-commerce, internet marketing strategies, and current marketing news.

About.com:  e-commerce (http://ecommerce.about.com/) - Online introduction and guide to e-commerce basics and resources.  Includes Frequently Asked Questions and five years of archived articles.

Managing the Digital Enterprise (http://digitalenterprise.org/) - An open courseware resource covering the digital aspects of enterprise including design, management, and security.

Small Business Administration (http://www.sbaonline.sba.gov/) - The U.S. Small Business Administration, established in 1953, provides financial, technical and management assistance to help Americans start, run, and grow their businesses.
