Favorite things outside work: I rehabilitate orphaned and injured wildlife and serve as a volunteer interpreter at 18th century Ramsey House.
Most rewarding part of your job: Sharing history and literature with young people.
Most influential person in your life and why: My paternal grandmother: she was strong, loving and gracious, with a sharp sense of humor and a ton of common sense.
