State Rep. Armstrong Commencement speaker

Using lessons from the Holocaust to teach reading skills to adults? This unexpected approach of combining the disciplines of history and literacy is one of the reasons Tamela Wheeler is being honored by the Tennessee Holocaust Commission with a 2009 Belz-Lipman Holocaust Educator of the Year Award.  (more)
