Title: Director, Alumni Relations and Annual Giving, Pellissippi State Foundation

Major responsibilities: I develop, coordinate, and implement various fundraising and donor appreciation events for the College—the annual Pellissippi State Hot Air Balloon Festival, Swing Big for Students golf tournament, annual giving campaign—and assist with alumni programs and the internal campaign.

Place of birth: Ridgewood, New Jersey

Family members: Husband, Stacy; daughters, Kristin and Amy; son-in-law, Jerry; and No. 1 grandson, 14-month-old Zachary. Oh, and yes, Max and Molly, the cats.

Something no one knows about you: I have been known to sing with a band or two during my college days.

Greatest achievement or proudest moment: Being blessed with my two beautiful daughters.

Favorite things outside work: Most of my friends would say shopping, but it’s really traveling to new places and seeing new things and people and finding new stores!

Most rewarding part of your job: When people say, “Thank you. What you do makes a difference here at Pellissippi State.”

Most influential person in your life and why: My grandmother, for sharing her positive energy, her laughter and her zest for life.
