Communication Graphics

The Communication Graphics Technology concentration (CGT) educates students in the art of visual communications. Students receive hands-on training in visual fundamentals, problem solving, and visual/verbal concept development. Emphasis is placed on the use of computer-enhanced technology and contemporary software applications throughout the program to support the development of professional portfolios. The program prepares graduates for employment in design consulting firms, advertising agencies, in-house design agencies, electronic prepress service bureaus, media outlets & printing companies, web page design & development firms, and freelance practice.
