Provisions of this manual are subject to change without notice and may be superseded by policies and guidelines of the Tennessee Board of Regents or a state or federal law.

This manual does not constitute a contract or otherwise binding commitment between Pellissippi State Technical Community College and the College's faculty and staff.

Pellissippi State Technical Community College is an employment-at-will college. Terms of at-will employment can only be modified by written agreement signed by the president of the College and the College employee.

The official copy of this manual will be maintained in the President’s Office. The Pellissippi State Policies and Procedures Manual is accessed from the Pellissippi State Web Page at www.pstcc.edu by selecting “Faculty and Staff,” then “Policies and Procedures”.

During new employee orientation, all employees will be given a copy of the Policies and Procedures Table of Contents and will be given directions for accessing them on-line.
