TELEPHONE SYSTEM

 

The Communications Center accepts all calls for the College.

The college telephone systems, including voice mail, are for business-related calls.  Personal calls unrelated to college matters must be infrequent, being made only in extenuating circumstances.

Office telephones are not for student use.  Courtesy phones are available for student use in each building.  Personal messages for students are not accepted.  Only medical emergency calls are accepted and processed through the offices of Student Success and Enrollment Management or Safety and Security.  Emergency calls at the Division Street Campus, the Blount County Center, or the Magnolia Avenue Campus should be directed to the central office.

Voice/TDD services are provided for student use in the Safety and Security Office and in the Services for Students with Disabilities Office at the Pellissippi Campus.  A TDD is provided at each site campus.
