HARASSMENT, SEXUAL OR RACIAL   Tennessee Board of Regents Guideline P-080

 

The Director of Human Resources and Affirmative Action and the Vice President of Student Success and Enrollment Management are responsible for compliance with Title VI, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, and Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972, as amended.

 

Any current or former student, applicant for employment, or current or former employee who believes he/she has been subjected to harassment at Pellissippi State or who believes that he/she has observed harassment taking place should contact the following:
