Educate, Fund and Support

The Everyday Entrepreneur Program provides community colleges the support needed to provide access to entrepreneurial education and funding for their students to take their businesses from an idea to a thriving enterprise. Pellissippi State Community College has joined the National Association of Community College Entrepreneurship Everyday Entrepreneur Program and is offering the opportunity for students to take part in pitch competitions and access to entrepreneurial education.

About the Program

The Everyday Entrepreneur Program consists of entrepreneurship training and pitch competition(s) for students, as well as a program framework and best practices for colleges.

As a member of NACCE’s Everyday Entrepreneurship Program, we’re ready to help you navigate the path to success. Pellissippi State Community College offers the following services and/or resources:

  • Faculty who have education and experience with entrepreneurship
  • Board members
  • Faculty and community members who are serving as support for the students
    • Mentoring
    • Guest lecturing
    • Serving as judges for the pitch competition.
