Connect with Pellissippi State

Thank you for applying to Pellissippi State! After your admissions application has been received and processed (usually takes about 2 business days) you can access your myPellissippi and Pellissippi State email accounts. Once all required documents are received and evaluated, your application will be considered accepted and you will be able to register for classes. You may view your outstanding admissions requirements by logging into your myPellissippi account. The instructions for logging in are below.

Here are the items that you need to complete if you have not already done so.

IMPORTANT: Future communications will only be sent to your Pellissippi State email.

Login to myPellissippi for First Time

  1. From www.pstcc.edu, go to the Resources menu, then go to myPellissippi.
  2. To retrieve your PNumber and Username, go to Look up Username or PNumber
  3. First-time login: Click on Change Password. (it is case sensitive) Once changing your initial password (PNumber with capital P and hashtag/pound sign at end - ex: P12345678#), wait 30 minutes before proceeding to the next step.
  4. Log in using your username and new password. If you run into trouble, please call the Helpdesk at 865-694-6537.
  5. On your Home tab, look over the information on the screen for accuracy (check your major, residency status and address in the upper right hand corner).
  6. If you have holds or missing requirements, it will be displayed in the Your Alert box. Click on the link next to each alert for more details.
  7. Turn in any missing items to the appropriate office and take care of all outstanding requirements as soon as possible!

Setup Pellissippi State Email on Your Mobile Device


Your Pellissippi State email is the official way we communicate with you regarding your account. To set up your Pellissippi State email on a phone or tablet/mobile device, follow the instructions on this website.

To access Pellissippi State webmail:

  1. From our homepage, click the Resources button (on a mobile device you might need to find Resources under the main menu the page). From Resources, select Webmail
  2. Select "Office 365 Email"
    • You will need to use your full Pellissippi State email address as the username. This is your username for myPellissippi, followed by @pstcc.edu
    • The password will be the same as your password for myPellissippi.

 

Submit the FAFSA


Degree seeking students wishing to receive financial aid need to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). If you have not submitted your FAFSA, we encourage you to begin that process now at https://fafsa.ed.gov/.

NOTE: If you successfully enter your Pellissippi State username and password, but Navigate says “Uh-oh…” or “Something went wrong,” Navigate can take 1-2 business days to load your account after applying.
