Requirements

  • Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role

  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools desired

Where: All campuses! Work remotely. Meet via Zoom.

Who: Students on all campuses who are interested in the literary or multimedia arts and editing and who can commit at least one hour per week. Some technological knowledge is needed, but we can train editors on using our system.

Under general supervisor of the Vice President of Redevelopment/Legal Services, the Project Manager-Real Estate Development performs professional work of a highly responsible nature to support the financing, development, and acquisition of real estate.   • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, urban planning, finance, accounting, real estate, architecture, or other related field. Graduate degree in these areas or law is preferred.
  • Requires a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the real estate industry or a similar regulated environment. Preference may be given to applicants with experience in multi-family housing development, HUD housing programs, or low income housing tax credits.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
