May I inquire about my son/daughter/spouse?
In an effort to adhere to federal privacy laws, Disability Services restricts the release of certain private student information (regardless of age). Students must contact us personally to check the status of their file and requests. Often, we will be unable to release information to third parties (i.e., parents, spouses, etc.) without a signed release form on file from the student. To obtain a Disclosure of Records form, the student must visit the Admissions and Records Office in person and present a photo ID.
