Cost: Tuition & Fees - Chart of Credit Hours, tuition, and various fees with Total in-state and out of state charges. You will find also information on Regents Online Degree fees in and out of state.
Discounts & Waivers- There are various employee discounts with state, teacher, TBR/UT, Spouse and children discounts along with over 60/65 disabled waivers.
Fee Definitions - The definitions and usage of Campus Access, Student Activity, International Education, Student Recreation, and Technology fees are discussed along with other various program and service fees.
Forms - These forms are mostly for Faculty and Staff purposes, however if you purchase authorized supplies you will need to use the Petty Cash form to receive a refund of your purchases.
Frequent Questions - When and how do I pay fees? What are all the fees? What if my check bounces? If I drop or add a class will it change my fee? I I drop a class will I get a refund and if so, how do I get it? When and how will I receive my financial aid check? Can I charge my books to the bookstore and deduct it out of my financial aid?
Important Fall/Spring/Summer Dates - Calendar of College and financial aid dates such as State Employee Registration dates, fee payment deadlines, last day for 100% refund, Book Store charge period, classes begin and end dates, breaks, holidays, drop and add dates, exam period, deferred payment date and five week fast track dates.
Office Hours & Staff Directory - Cashier's Office hours for each campus, the location and phone numbers and Cashier's Office staff names, titles, email addresses and phone numbers.
Payment Due Dates - Due date and times are listed for Priority and Official Registration, 1st and 2nd Session, and Regents online degrees.
Payment Plan - Due dates, general information, detailed information which included - Eligibility, Terms, Service Charges and fines, Refunds for withdrawal from classes, added classes after fee payment.
Refund Dates - Refund dates for all semesters, Refund Appeal link, and link for office hours.
