WHO CAN SUBMIT A PROPOSAL?
Students, Faculty, and Staff are encouraged to write proposals.
WHO RECEIVES NOTIFICATION OF OPEN DATES FOR PROPOSAL SUBMISSION?

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR PROPOSAL APPROVAL?
- The Sustainable Campus Committee (composed of 18 students, 6 staff, and 13 faculty) evaluates proposal applications by a rubric (please click here for the AASHE Evaluation Rubric).
- Depending on the nature of the proposal, consultation with appropriate college authorities is required for proposed projects.
- The members of the committee vote on whether to fund the proposed project and at what level.
- Following committee approval by vote, additional approval may be required by appropriate college or Tennessee Board of Regents authorities.
HOW IS A PROPOSAL SUBMITTED FOR CONSIDERATION?
Applications are accepted Spring and Fall semesters. Attach completed application (choose a file format: PDF | DOCX) to an email to Ann Kronk no later than the proposal deadline date (Friday, October 24, 2014).
