What is TRiO?
TRiO Student Support Services is a Federal program designed to:
- increase college retention and graduation rates for eligible students;
- increase the transfer rates of eligible students from the 2-year to the 4-year college; and
- foster an institutional climate supportive of the success of low-income and first-generation college students and students with disabilities.
