Technical Support Group Requests
The Information Technology Support Center HelpDesk is the point of entry for requesting services from the TSG. Our technicians, especially at the satellite campuses, also accept requests directly via email and in-person requests, but the HelpDesk contact ensures that requests are documented, providing a convenient method of tracking requests to completion. Once a request is completed, the tracking system stores information about the request and resolution for future reference.
While the TSG strives for immediate response, our mission demands that we give priority service to computer labs both during the semester and between semesters when computer labs are configured for a new semester. Within those priorities, all other requests are serviced as rapidly and thoroughly as possible.
