Technical Support Group Staff
The TSG consists of one manager, eleven full-time technicians and a fluctuating pool of contract workers who provide supplemental support. Over the last year, the TSG has averaged about 200 hours per week of contractor assistance in supporting 1900+ student machines and over 500 faculty/staff machines.
