Pellissippi State offers students two methods to receive tutoring at no charge–in person tutoring at any of the campus Learning Centers and SMARTHINKING online tutoring and writing services offered anytime anywhere.
SMARTHINKING
Students connect to live tutors from any computer that has Internet access. SMARTHINKING is a virtual learning assistance center providing online tutoring 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. SMARTHINKING also offers an online writing lab where E-structor® Certified tutors critique and return essays within 24 hours. You will need to log into myPellissippi in order to access online tutoring. Once logged in, select the Academics tab. If it is your first time using SMARTHINKING, you will need to create an account. If you already have a SMARTHINKING account, you can sign-in to access the service.
