Web Service Request Form

The web service request form is for staff and faculty at Pellissippi State Community College who have a service request regarding the official Pellissippi State web site.

When a request is submitted, a ticket number will be assigned and time frame for completion will be determined. You will receive an email confirmation with your ticket number and estimated date of completion. Requests made by phone, email or in person will no longer be accepted. All requests will be completed in the order received and priority level assigned. Emergency requests will be handled accordingly.

Please allow 24 hours for your request to be reviewed and assigned.
