- First aid
- Vehicle battery boost

Creating a Safe Campus
Pellissippi State takes pride in our efforts to keep our campuses safe. To see a full record of safety on our campuses, read our Annual Security Report. You may also read our Daily Crime Log to see crimes reported in the past 60 days (printed copies available from Campus Police).
Help us keep our campuses safe: if you see something, say something.
Parking and Traffic
Students do not require parking permits. Students can park in any lot designated with an “O” for “Open Space,” and parking is free. Employees can park in any lot designated with an “F” for “Faculty and Staff.” Employee parking permits may be obtained through the Employee Parking Permit Request form in myPellissippi.
Parking maps for each campus are available here.
The speed limit on campus is 15 mph unless otherwise posted, and pedestrians always have the right of way.
If you receive a traffic citation or parking ticket and wish to appeal it, you may fill out the Ticket Appeal Form within 14 days of receiving the ticket.
Note that the Tennessee Hands Free Law (PC0412) requires all drivers to put down their phones and focus on the road. It is illegal for a driver to hold a cellphone or mobile device while driving.
