Once you have applied to Pellissippi State, you can access the application for accommodations, interpreting/transcription services request, and evacuation assistance forms through your myPellissippi account.


Documentation & Guidelines

If you are requesting services from our Disability Services office, you may need to provide appropriate documentation to determine your eligibility and accommodations. Please be aware that there are differences between your accommodations in high school and in college due to the difference in laws.

Formal Grievance Procedure

Any Pellissippi State student with a disability who has reason to feel that he or she has been affected by discrimination should contact the Annazette Houston, Executive Director of Equity and Compliance, in the Goins Administration Building, Room 207, Hardin Valley Campus or call 865.539.7401.
