• Provides guidance to employees and students concerning rights and obligations in the workplace and educational programs and activities under federal and state laws and regulations and PSCC/TBR policies and procedures
• Provides training opportunities to departments, academic units, staff, and student organizations on topics related to discrimination and harassment, sexual misconduct, and domestic/dating violence
• Provides information on helpful and supportive resources to employees and students
• Investigates reported complaints of protected class discrimination/harassment and any related retaliation, sexual assault, domestic/dating violence, and stalking
• Provides feedback on EEOC / Affirmative Action and other areas of compliance with federal and state laws and regulations
