Welcome to Student Account Services

Student Accounts Services assists students, parents and others with payments to the College. This is the place to go for help with making payments, questions about tuition or fees, billing questions and for assistance with tuition and fee discounts or waivers. Student Account Services will be your contact for questions regarding the deferred payment plan, 1098-T tax forms and setting up your direct deposit account for refunds. This office also sends out bills to students with a balance and assists with Account Balance holds placed on the student account due to a balance owed to the college.

Student Account Services is open to assist students in-person Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at the Hardin Valley campus. Staff are available to answer questions by phone at 865-694-6605 or email at studentaccounts@pstcc.edu Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.

Any forms or documents, such as fee waivers, may be sent to us via email at studentaccounts@pstcc.edu, through the Secure Document Upload tool available through myPellissippi, in the Online Services box or faxed to 865-539-7207. Documents may also be brought in during our in-person hours or placed in the drop box located on the Hardin Valley campus, Goins Building, first floor, next to the Student Account Services office. The dropbox can be accessed during open campus hours only.

Pellissippi State accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, checks, cashier’s checks and money orders. The college does not accept credit/debit card payments over the phone or any cash payments for tuition and fees. Payment may be made on myPellissippi using credit/debit cards and electronic checks (webchecks).
